Effective 25 September 2026. The agreement between you and the independent developer of Wealth Wars. By downloading or playing, you agree to it.

Free to play

The whole game is free. Purchases are optional extras.

Play money only

In-game cash has no real value. No wagering, no prizes, no cash-out.

Play fair

No cheating, hacked clients or attacks on the server.

Be decent in chat

Abuse, hate or harassment can get you blocked.

1. The game is free to play

You can play all of Wealth Wars without paying. The game offers optional in-app purchases: extra boards, an ad-free upgrade, and tips. They're processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms, and they unlock content inside the game. We don't issue refunds ourselves except where Google Play's refund policy or the law requires it.

Ads are shown through Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how that works.

2. Virtual currency and play money

All money, coins, gems, cash and property in the game are virtual and for entertainment only. They have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for real money or goods, and can't be cashed out. Wealth Wars is a board game with play money. It is not gambling, and there is no real-money wagering or prize of any kind.

3. Fair play

You agree to play fairly. You must not:

  • cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with the game, its network traffic or the game server
  • use bots, automation or modified clients to gain an advantage
  • disrupt other players' matches, or attack or overload our servers

4. Your conduct and chat

Online play includes chat with other players, and you're responsible for what you send. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or abusive. Chat goes to the players in your room and isn't moderated in real time.

5. Accounts and suspension

We may suspend or block any account, device or player we reasonably believe is cheating, abusing others or breaking these terms, with or without notice. We may also remove content or end matches to protect players and the service.

6. Intellectual property

The game, its name, artwork and code belong to the developer. Wealth Wars is an original game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hasbro or the MONOPOLY brand, or any other third party. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play it for your own entertainment.

7. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Online play depends on your connection and on third-party services we don't control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Because the game is free to play, our total liability to you is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
